Leicester's Cottage has 2 double bed rooms (ground floor bedroom configurable as superking double or twin beds, upper floor bedroom is a king double with additional extra single bed) , Full gas central heating as well as a woodburning stove with FREE supply of logs, , 2 Acres of landscaped gardens, The Ruins of Cathedral and 400yards of ancient town walls actually in the grounds, along with our 9 acre wood, making this ideal for dog walkers, families with children, or a romantic hide-a-way for that special occasion.

Leicester's Cottage built into the walls of Leicester's Church, built by Robert Dudley c1587 A convenient location in the tranquil surrounds of Plas Castell estate, yet within walking distance of the town with restraunts and pubs and shops. Ample Off road parking is available. Offering you the best of both worlds, countryside and town, with a warm welcome to greet you. Large Lounge/Dining room with 32" Flat screen TV Wood burning stove (free logs) and full central heating.

Double Bedroom on first floor. Kitchen with all you require for your stay, reasonable requests for anything extra required accepted by the owners who live in the main house, The twin room is on the ground floor, next to the modern bathroom with shower. (can be configured as a superking sized double on request)

This is a Walkers paradise, (dogs are welcome,) take a stroll along our Town Walls, explore the ruins of the cathedral (both in our grounds) explore the 9 acre woods, or break away along the local footpath network to Beatrix Potters garden where Peter Rabbit was dreamed up, Offas Dyke and the Clwydian range are accessible for those who want a stronger challenge, sailing and fishing on the Brennig, Snowdonia and glorious beaches are a short drive, and Chester is 35 minutes for those who need some retail therapy mixed in with some serious heritage.
