Dining room with wood burning stove - Note free supply of logs (with gather your own wood option from the 9 acre wood for those who want to experience the hunter/gather in them) Lounge with TV and DVD electric Wood burner style fire and central heating. This room can be used as an extra third bedroom.

Double Bedroom on first floor, with beamed ceiling. Kitchen with all you require for your stay, reasonable requests for anything extra required accepted by the owners who live in the main house, Twin room which has modern ensuite bathroom with shower. The twin room is on the ground floor, the kitchen, dining and lounge are on the upper ground floor, and the double bed room and its own bathrom are on the top floor. Please note the 2 stair cases are very steep and there is restricted headroom at the top of the upper stair case, as is often the case in traditional Welsh Cottages.

This is a Walkers paradise, (dogs are welcome,) take a stroll along our Town Walls, explore the ruins of the cathedral (both in our grounds) explore the 9 acre woods, or break away along the local footpath network to Beatrix Potters garden where Peter Rabbit was dreamed up, Offas Dyke and the Clwydian range are accessible for those who want a stronger challenge, sailing and fishing on the Brennig, Snowdonia and glorious beaches are a short drive, and Chester is 35 minutes for those who need some retail therapy mixed in with some serious heritage.
